They drove very safely and made sure we were on time to the appointment. Their drivers are well trained and very professional.

After waiting for over 4 hours for the medical transport van to arrive that never showed up that was arranged through Scan Health transportation, Scan finally contacted Safer Medical Transport who arrived to pick up my sister from PIH in Whittier to transport her home to Fullerton.

The driver was very nice, courteous and compassionate. He apologized that it took him a few minutes to arrive. Safer Medical transport was not the company that was originally scheduled to pick up my sister after her all day chemo infusion, but they came through when called upon. Great job by Safer Medical Transport. I would use them again any time and would highly recommend them to anyone.
