These clowns didn't have enough drivers so I completely missed a specialist appointment because no one bothered to tell me!

I got picked up after a medical procedure by this company and I only have great things to say. GREAT pricing, I mean just very, very reasonable. Also there were a few hiccups from the medical people so my pickup time changed and Jose my driver rolled with it and had a 100% great attitude. These folks are the best I've come across and I can't speak highly enough about them.

Safer Medical Transport provides wonderful service. I called them because my husband had a traumatic orthopedic leg injury and had to get from Irvine, where we live, to a hospital in Downey for a follow-up appointment after his surgery, a CT scan, and then a second surgery. My husband had a "cage" over his leg that had to be handled very carefully. Nick and Lorraina were super careful. They were also professional, reassuring, and just as sweet as they could be. This has been a challenging time for me and my family, and Safer Medical Transport gave us support when we needed it the most. Stella, the coordinator I worked with, could not have been nicer, and she gave me a great price. She also worked around our schedule and was willing to be flexible when we needed it. I highly recommend Safer Medical Transport-- they are professional and dependable.

We have been with Safer Medical Transport for a year and they have always went above and beyond to provide professional, safe and dependable transport for my husband. They truly are the best non-emergency medical transport service in Orange County. Stella and Maggie her assistant are absolutely the most amazing people and have such huge ❤️ to make sure we get our ride when we need it and we couldn’t feel more comfortable or safer with her amazing crew Robert & Kristina, Alex & Gabriela and all have become our Angels in disguise which have jumped into our lives and have become a part of our family!! All I can SAY is OMG Safer Medical Transport was a god send for my family. Dad had lost almost all mobility overnight started to fall. I did not know how to get him to Dialysis as I was taking him twice a week 4:00 am in the morning. I called the Drs office, insurance co. and about twenty (20) ambulance services and to no avail could I get anyone to accommodate my dad’s Dialysis Schedule. Safer Medical Transport was the ONLY company in Orange County that worked with me and accommodated my dad’s schedule. Stella was a true STELLAR, my angel that calmed me down and went out of her way to help. Safer Medical Transport from 💕Stella💕, Robert💕, Nick💕, Christina💕, Alex💕 and Gabriel💕 thank you is not enough💕. Dad is picked up twice a week at 4:00 am, they make sure he is bundled up comfortably in a blanket they even ask if wants another blanket, same when they bring him home, they put him on the bed and help mum bundle him up and position the bed right. Thank You, 💕SAFER MEDICAL TRANSPORT💕. Not to mention Stella still calls me to this day and is a great resource and sounding board.

Safer Medical Transport has always gone out of their way to provide professional, safe and dependable transport for my father. They truly are the best non-emergency medical transport service in Orange County. We have been working with them for over a year now and my father only wants them taking him to his medical appointments.

I wish I can give Safer Medical Transport 100 stars. Robert and his team took wonderful care of my dad when he needed it the most. Diagnosed with a debilitating cancer, over night, my dad was bedbound and couldn't get out of bed without excruciating pain. I wish we learned about medical transport sooner, but we eventually got connected to non emergency gurney transport and it was a life saver. But most importantly, Robert treated my dad with dignity, respect and truly cared for his well-being. I am so grateful for Robert and I highly recommend this company .

I used Safer Medical Transport several times for my transportation needs. Even though they were late sometimes, they took care of my needs to make sure I got to my appointments with no problem. After waiting for over 4 hours for the medical transport van to arrive that never showed up that was arranged through Scan Health transportation, Scan finally contacted Safer Medical Transport who arrived to pick up my sister from PIH in Whittier to transport her home to Fullerton.

The driver was very nice, courteous and compassionate. He apologized that it took him a few minutes to arrive. Safer Medical transport was not the company that was originally scheduled to pick up my sister after her all day chemo infusion, but they came through when called upon. Great job by Safer Medical Transport. I would use them again any time and would highly recommend them to anyone.
